Hi Fred,

I haven't done the Stevia by itself. I've mostly used the Truvia packets as a sugar substitute, and I think it tastes fine. See if Judy has tried the Truvia or not. If she hasn't she might like that instead of Stevia straight up. According to a link on Zevia's website, the Erythritol doesn't cause the digestive intolerance of some of the other kinds of sugar alcohols. Check out this site for more info. http://www.caloriecontrol.org/erythritol.html

Hey Ryan, Freddie here. I bought some of that Stevia for Judy because she was looking for a replacement for the pink & blue fake stuff. She liked it fine but just for a while. The more you use...the more bitter it begins to taste. (According to her) She now uses it alternately with her splenda & the other stuff. And I "cannot" consume any sugar alcohols (that end with "ol")...especially ice creams...I have to be within 15 minutes of a pit stop...cramps me up real good! ;-))
