Apologies for the late response.  What I usually like to get at Red Robin is a lettuce wrapped burger, that way I can enjoy a few fries if I&#039;m in the mood for a few. These days they do provide a nutritional information chart on the tables at the restaurants so you can make more informed choices about what you&#039;re choosing to eat.  I don&#039;t remember if they list the sugar content in the informational brochures, but your best bet if you&#039;re looking for the best Belly Fat Cure compliant meals is skip the buns, and any sauces outside of plain mayonnaise and mustard.
